Shandar (Shaandaar) stays solid with 2nd day total collection
Shandar (Shaandaar) stays rock steady at box office with 2nd day total collection. The film is said to be the sixth highest opening day grosser of the year 2015. Shahid and Alia managed to break their own highest opener movie so far. Moving towards Shandar total 2nd day collection, it made around 7.55 crores on Friday. The movie had occupancy rate on second day was 25% in the morning shows, crossed 35% till afternoon, reached 45% till evening shows and ends at 50% in night. The movie is earning maximum business from Mumbai, Delhi with giving a whooping profit of 2 crores. Other regions like Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, CP Berar, CI, Bihar, Pune, Jaipur and Ahmedabad helped the film earning 3.2 crores of total profit.
Moving towards Shandar total 2nd day collection, it earned around 7.55 crores on Friday. The income is less as compared to first day but it will again take a hike on 3rd day of Saturday. The total 2 days collection stand out with 20.65 crores. It has shattered many film business records like Baby, Gabbar is Back and Roy.

The film business was affected especially in Kolkatta because of Dusherra pooja but still Shahid broke his ‘R. RajKumar’ opening day business record of Rs 10.20 crore whereas Alia broke his previous record of ‘2 States’ by earning 12.42 crore. The whooping Thursday (1st day) total income of 13.1 crore is possible because of the Dusherra festival and Shahid Alia fresh pair in 70 mm. According to its review, Shandar total box office is predicted to be around 60 to 65 crores.
