Police case filed on Srimanthudu and Kick 2 movie

Rajesh Kumar has files a case on Srimanthudu and Kick 2 movie at Hyderabad police station. These both the films were in buzz for their earning on large scale. The Srimanthudu film by Mahesh Babu and Kick 2 by Mass Maharaja Raviteja are both in controversy on 6th of September 2015. The film are already going in the box office cinema and earning a great box office collection. The case has been filed by RTI activist Rajesh Kumar for not following the rules and breaking section 38 of cinematography act. The Section 38 speaks that the producers of the film should intimate the censor report about their print and electronic public material. These both films were unable to follow this rule of intimating censor board about their Trailer, promos or teaser. According to the petitioner, they failed in doing this and now the case has been handled to Miyapur’s 14th Metropalitan court. The internal sources describe that a special officer has been appointed to investigate on this case and find out the truth.

Now, if the producers are found guilty in then will be charged some legal penalties under the section 7 of cinematography act of 1952 but if they are found innocent they will be free from this controversy. The producers can also file a case on Rajesh Kumar for wasting their time and make a false statement on them. This controversy can effect on the collection of both the film and can slow down their per day earning. Srimanthudu film is successfully going on as compared to another film of Raviteja. The kukatpully police station in Hyderabad has sent a notification to the producers of these films.

On the other hand, both the actors are preparing for the next movie “Brahmotsavam” and Raviteja’s new film Bengal Tiger.
