Shahrukh, Sohail and Sanjay Dutt to purchase cricket teams with retired players
After the Indian Premier League, another version of Indian Premier League played by retired players is soon going to start. The celebrities once again got a chance to invest their resources in the field of sports. We are already aware of celebrity’s involvement in games like Football (Indian Super League), Kabaddi (Pro Kabaddi League), Hockey (Hockey India League) and IPL. Now, a new platform sounds bit interesting which will be played by the old sportsmen of cricket.
According to the official news, these 3 celebrities Shahrukh Khan, Sohail Khan and Sanjay Dutt were offered the ownership of this new league. The 3 stars without any uncertainty have agreed to be a part of this League. This form of tournament will be represented by Manyata Dutt wife of Sanjay Dutt and these two.
There are total six teams where 260 retired players will be participating in this tournament. The following 6 team’s captains are already decided. Wasim Akram, Virender Sehwag, Adam Gilchrist, Mahela Jayawardene, Brian Lara and Kumar Sangakkara will be the six captains with 254 other discharged players from International cricket teams.
