Aishwarya role revolves around a character of a divorced lawyer fighting to free rape and murder case charged Miyaaz Shaikh. The reason behind doing the illegal work legally for the villain is because Aishwarya (Anuradha Verma) daughter is kidnapped by these antagonists. She is told to win the case and make the criminal free from charges of murder and rape case. The rest of the story depends on how she tries to find out her daughter and how Irrfan khan helps Aishwarya when he gets to know that she is innocent and how they get to know the villain in the climax. The kidnapper is not interested in money but to free the fellow guy. She gets pissed off after knowing that he daughter is missing.
